Chase apparently has the mothers over at the Baby Gaga forum pretty pissed off. Funny to see this type of NSFW language on a baby-mama forum.

Double charged

Chase acknowledged yesterday that thousands of CA and NV customers had their ATM charges double posted. Be sure and check your account statements to insure that if this happened to you, it gets fixed. Just another step in the smooth transition from WaMu to Chase I am sure. (article)

Chase: inflexible even when you’re dead

Really Chase, do you have to be this inflexible? One customers parents died but they won’t let him close the account from where he lives; he has to go across the country, which would cost more than the account is worth, to the branch where it was opened. Stupid. (story)

Lost: mortgage payment

Oh Chase, can you really be this incompetent and uncaring? A customer goes in to to a branch and pays his mortgage payment in person. They lose the payment. He shows them the receipt, the canceled check, the statement showing the payment gone from his checking account. They refuse to credit his mortgage account. Only when he contacts the local media and they contact Chase does he get justice. (story)

In search of one of the new Chase ATM’s that can take deposits without envelopes, and print fancy receipts, one customer discovers broken, not fully functional, hard to find, and out of date ATM’s. (story)
