NJ Supreme Court spanks Chase and other banks
Things are getting more difficult in the foreclosure arena and today’s announcement by the New Jersey Supreme Court isn’t helping Banks. The Court has basically demanded that the banks prove their foreclosure process and documentation is correct and will not result in incorrect foreclosures.
Ouch! for the banks, good for the rest of us.

WOW! J.P.Morgan Chase must have a hefty lawyer bill due to all these mortgage related and credit card class action suits going on. If I was a Chase customer I would be going over my account with a fine tooth comb. They have to generate money to pay for all these “suits’ somehow…..
Watch out for non-deserved fees, changing of due dates, undelivered paper/electronic monthly statements, account balances , etc….
