I have been a WAMU customer for years with a "Free Checking" account. Recently, i learned that Chase has started changing our accounts and mailing us "notifications" with our monthly statement. Our accounts will now be charged NON-Chase ATM fees which i haven't paid in years. When i called to dispute these charges, i was told that it's is a new change and 2 transactions were already waived. I think that these thieves are truely trying to lose their customer base but that may just be my angry opinion. |
