I found your site when I googled "ATM debit card fraud 'Washington Mutual'". I've been through the wringer with this rip-off bank ever since I discovered in early May that my ATM-debit linked checking account was drained of thousands of dollars with a fraudulent ATM card/PIN. I've experienced the same customer disservice that WaMu, now Chase, is notorious for, Does anyone know if a class-action suit has been filed against them regarding how they respond to ATM fraud claims (which is to automatically deny them)? I've just contacted an attorney, but would be ecstatically happy to find out if there are others who have filed suit, or would want to. Thanks for creating this site, though I'm sure Chase could care less
