Debra's Story

I have had an account with Washington Mutual for over three years. I had a limit decrease the same month I paid half of the $5,000 balance to become less maxxed out. This would improve my credit score. Now I am maxxed out again because they reduced the credit limit to amount I paid down. This did not ever happen when I was just making regular monthly payments. They have not given a reasonable explanation except for this was their regular credit policy review. This is not right!
