Good site! I have 4 mortgages with Washington Mutual. I dread having to call them when I have a question. Their voicemail system is designed to frustrate and annoy the caller. First, if you don't provide an account number or social security number, the system HANGS UP ON THE CALLER! Second, they aren't smart enough to realize that some callers have more than one account. They act is though everyone just has one account. Third, the system is confusing and time-consuming to use, which is the way they want it. Lousy bank. |
