I had a WM credit card for about a year, and suddenly without warning, notification or anything. They closed the my account. My payments were never late and I just paid the full balance I was owing them.
When I called customer svce. the only explanation is that based in a review they decided to close the account, I asked what did they see in the review, but she repeated once more, "based in a review we decided to close the account."
Now I agree with you 100%. WASHINGTON MUTUAL SUCKS.
