i have had a bed exp. about wamu. on the early march 09, i bought camera online with one trustful website which is cost 3500. I called camera website and told them to cancel one transaction, they said they can't and let me call wamu. Then i call wamu they also said they can't do it and let me call camera company. I really angry but don't know what to do. after that day, I went to Wamu branch and talk to someone about this case. they said they can't do anything while the status is still pending. they said " you have to call customer service number i can't do nothing". they suggest me to wait 5 days and let see what happen. it might drop off by the system or it might charge me for 5,000. Then i ask them about my account because right now my balance is -300 dollars. i said "my account is negative, is it gonna be any problem?". that fucking lady said " I don't know". In my mind, "What the heck?" "you work here how come you don't know?" after that, i just go back home. I called wamu everyday for one week. It so annoying that i have to tell them about my story every single time i called wamu and the camera website. finally, i talk to the claim department she told me that it might take up to 5 business day to investigate your claim. I said ok. she said "after 5 business day you will got blue letter from wamu, inside the envelope will have document to tell you what paper you have to prepare to fax to wamu". then i ask her what document do i have to prepare so i can prepare it first cuz i don't want to waste my time. and again, She said "I DON'T KNOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE BLUE ENVELOPE". In my mind "What the fuck?" after 5 business day there is still no any blue envelope sent to my place but "Fucking letter from wamu tell me that my account is overdraft" and charge me for overdraft fee. I think to myself "Fuck you wamu" "i can't use my debit card, plus i don't have cash until april" "fuck wamu, cause a lot of trouble" then i go to Wamu again to ask them about the blue envelope. and the answer i got is just I expected. "i can't do anything you have to wait for the blue envelope." today i can just deposit 800 dollars which i borrowed from my friend cuz i don't wanna have more problem. i already give up. "alright just wait at home for the blue letter" i think to my self 3 weeks after the first day, i checked my account online it shows that the camera company charge me another 1000 bucks. I go out to wamu to scold to everyone i have talked. let them call the camera company and talk directly. it works, wamu give my 2,500 back to my account. but it shows "temporary credit" two days later, i went to wamu to close all my account but they said i can't close it because of the claim. they said "you have to wait 21 day" after 21 day i went there again. they said "you have to wait 21 business day" after 21 business day, They said "you have to wait until june 14th" " !!! " "but last time you guys told me just 21 business day" they said " i don't know who did you talk to, but the system say you have to wait until june 14th" That's all my story, right now i still can't close my account. the reason that i really wanna close my account because i don't wanna bank with them anymore. i hate wamu. |
