Title: CHASE SUCKS

Chase sucks... I have been a Chase customer for 5 years now, never made a late payment. I also was a WAMU customer until Chase took over so I also have a checking and saving account with them. For some reasons, my payment was late last month ( 3 days ). My balance on the card was $25 which was paid in full ( The limit on that card is $2,200.00. They sent me a letter today saying that my new APR is going to be 26.99% as a result of the late payment. I called them and politely asked them to please reconsider.. I asked them to look at my payment history and to maybe reconsider not jacking up my rate so high. The answer was no. So I closed my account ( which was paid in full anyways ) and will close my ehecking and saving account with them tomorrow.
