I have been fighting with these clowns for a week now over a mistake they made. They incorrectly posted someone else's check to my account and now I am in the negative and if I don't deposit money, they will close my account. WOW !!! This is just dandy!!!
I have never dealt with a bank that is such a joke. You can NEVER reach anyone on the 24 hour customer service line and all you hear is 'go into the bank'. Well, I'm not going to the branch anymore. I take that back. I will be going b/c I will be going to close my account. I have never ever dealt with such clowns in my life.
