Who regulates Chase, or any other bank
Even after having looks for this information several times I get confused on who regulates Chase or any other bank. The best place to start is here, the SEC’s website which describes what regulators do what. That site will point you here, at the FDIC where you can search for the regulator for a specific bank. According to that site, JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association is listed with 5,497 branch offices, so it is probably the correct one. The regulator is listed as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the proper place to file a complaint is here.
However, the banks holding company, JPMorgan Chase & Co is regulated by the Federal Reserve, according to this and many other sites. At the bottom of Chase’s website, it says JPMorgan Chase & Co. You can file a complaint with the Federal Reserve here.
To be safe, if you want to file a complaint against Chase Bank I would do so at both places.

I set up an automatic withdraw to pay a car payment with the first withdraw date to be Oct 15, 2010. The payment was not made by the bank-10 days later my car was repossessed at work. I had to take a day off of work unpaid and get money to go to get my car 2 hours away. The bank refuses to give me the money back into my account and has not offered to reimburse me the money I lost. I want this to be a complaint.

Why is it against the law in Ohio for Chase bank not to alert a woman when a new debit card is sent. They allowed a postal worker to steal and try to access my account. Chase shut down my access to it but not the thief. It is not a crime to steal from a woman in Ohio.

So I’m 17 yrs old and I made a back account with chase a few months ago. Since their policy is that you are not allowed to have a bank account under your name until your 18 yrs old. Meanwhile the bank account is going to be under your parents name. I go in to try to cash my check and they tell me that I don’t have a bank account!!! When i keep track of my account from my phone.I initially told the person that was helping me,that the bank account was going to be under my mom’s name. Because i am not 18 yrs old yet, meaning i cannot have an account under my name. They wasted my time to say I don’t have a bank account that I’d have to come in with my parents If I wanted to cash a check! Turns out the guy who made my bank account didn’t put my name under the account when I specifically told him my job did not do direct deposit!!!! And they did not even know thy I had a bank account with them!!!!

I froze my account due to fraud and only allowed deposits/credits. I was NEVER told there would be a 1 business day delay and so when payday came, no money. It was the weekend, and so when I finally talked to someone in LOSS PREVENTION on the evening of Friday, they told me it wouldn’t post until Tuesday. Friday was the day of my direct deposit, yet in 3 business days I will have my money? They delay a direct deposit but allow a $3 credit from partial refund from my insurance? why the inconsistency? Chase is losing another customer when I’m done with all this.
